Coordinate and prepare semi-monthly payroll using PC-based payroll service. Prepare and input weekly accounts payable batches. Print out checks, route for signatures and send out checks with back-up to appropriate vendors. Track time sheets for input into payroll and paid leave systems. Prepare quarterly reports of accrued benefit time using Excel. Provide administrative assistance to finance department as needed.
Qualifications
At least two years of experience with payroll processing and accounts payable. Must be accurate with numbers, attentive to detail, and self-motivated. Some Excel experience required. Experience with Accpac accounting software a plus.
Salary
$19,256 at 21 hours per week ($32,094 FTE). Family health insurance (on a pro-rated basis), as well as generous vacation, sick, and personal leave time.
